Ingredients:

– 3/4 cup sugar (150 g)
– 1/2 cup vegetable oil (120 ml)
– 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (120 ml)
– Zest of 2 lemons
– 1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour (200 g)
– 2 teaspoons baking powder (10 g)
– 1 pinch of salt

For the glaze (optional):
– 1 cup powdered sugar (150 g)
– 2 to 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
